Payroll services
If your company has salaried or hourly wage employees, Money Matters For Expats can take care of your payroll needs.
You may need to register the company with CPF Board, if you employ Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR’s). We can help with the paperwork.
We can process regular payroll disbursements, prepare and submit CPF deductions and employer contributions and remit salaries to the employees accounts directly, provided the company remits the funds or gives us access to their bank.
Additionally, we can track leave, process NS, maternity and Childcare leave claims.
Passes
Employment/Dependent/Student/Long-term Social Visit Passes
In order to live and/or work in Singapore, you need to obtain permission from the Singapore government. We can assist you with this, and file the requisite documents with the Ministry of Manpower.
Permanent Residence
Some clients opt to change their Employment Pass to Permanent Resident status. Permanent Residence status grants more privileges, such as the ability to change jobs more easily and purchase landed property in Singapore.
With more privileges, however, come additional obligations including payroll withholding for the Central Provident Fund and mandatory national service for dependent male children. Contact our office to learn more about the ins and outs of Permanent Resident status. We’ll be happy to explain the details.
